Early education matters.
Here’s why.
Early childhood care and education lays the foundation for cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development, significantly impacting lifelong learning, well-being, and future success.
Higher Success
Children receiving high quality early education have both increased high school graduation and increased employment rates.
Brain Development
Did you know 90% of the brain is developed by age five? This development sets the stage for higher level skills later in life.
Reduced Risk
Positive interactions in early childhood create positive impact by reducing the risk of incarceration and drug use later in life.
Improved Mental Health
Stronger self regulation and improved social-emotional development happen with peer interactions.
